An offsite meeting of the European Police Union (EPU) was held in Kiev where a range of issues concerning cooperation between International Police Center (IPC) and a number of private detective agencies of Germany, Netherlands, Russia, Ukraine, Bulgaria and Moldova have been discussed. The European Police Union (EPU) has existed for over 100 years.
