On March 12, 2014 a representative office of International Police Center IPC (Vienna, Austria) was opened in the Republic of Namibia. The first picture shows the Head of IPC representative office in Namibia Valentin Khalin (on the right) meeting the President of the Republic of Namibia Mr Hifikepunye Pohambo. The second picture shows Mr Khalin meeting the head of police forces of Namibia Inspector General Mr Ndeytunga.
