On July 5 2013 an informal meeting between the Deputy Director General of International Police Center (IPC) Alexey Lobarev and a member of the Board of Directors of the Quebec Provincial Police Canada Norman Lanois was held. An issue concerning the cooperation between IPC and private detective and security agencies of Canada has been discussed. The meeting was held in a warm and friendly atmosphere. A joint cooperation plan has been scheduled.
