In October 2013 there was a meeting held in Tbilisi (Georgia) between non-governmental organizations activities of which are associated with law enforcement agencies. Issues concerning the cooperation between organizations were being discussed during the meeting. Deputy director of International Police Center IPC (Vienna) Aleksey Lobarev took an active part at the meeting. There was a number of important and fundamental decisions taken.
